By using Beastald UG, you agree to these Terms and this Policies document.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Beastald UG and must comply with applicable laws.
Account Registration and Security
You may access Beastald UG through phone-based authentication and related account recovery or security checks. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and any linked recovery email accurate and under your control.
- Do not register with false information or pretend to be someone else
- Do not share verification codes or trusted-device access with others
- Do not attempt to bypass bans, blocks, or safety restrictions
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Do not post illegal, abusive, or infringing content
- Do not harass, scam, impersonate, or exploit other users
Content and Moderation
You retain rights to your content, but grant us a license to operate the service. We may remove content or accounts that violate policies.
Safety and Verification
The app may include safety and verification features. These features reduce risk but do not guarantee user behavior, identity, compatibility, or outcomes.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by platform billing providers. Refunds are subject to the platform's billing terms and local law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may request deletion of your account through available in-app controls or support channels.
When a deletion request is applied, your profile is deactivated and is no longer visible to other users. Deleted-account data may be retained during a recovery period of up to 90 days, during which account recovery may be available. After that recovery period, we intend to permanently delete or anonymize the remaining personal data, except where longer retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons.
We may also suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or undermine platform integrity.
Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms and policies. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
